At Apple Blossom Bakery our baked goods are produced in small batches under the watchful eye of discerning pastry chef Heather Jellison.  Heather started the bakery with over 10 years of experience baking for Castine’s acclaimed Pentagöet Inn nestled on the Maine coast.  At the bakery we particularly love the abundance of seasonal fruits and berries that the Maine summer brings. We delight in creating pies and tarts that highlight their natural sweetness for a simple yet elegant summer treat.
